Protein Cookies

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 3/4 cups oatmeal
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup un-sweetened apple sauce
  • 4 scoops T-Pro protein powder
  • 2 dashes cinnamon
  • 1 tsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 325, bake for 20 minutes, Makes 1 dozen cookies... each cookie has 14g of protein

Take a few of these with you to school along with a cup of low fat yogurt. Add a couple scoops of whey to some skim milk and wash it down. It’s a pretty easy (and tasty) way to get 50-60g of protein in a quick fix.

Protein Scones

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt (pumpkin puree or applesauce will work too)
  • 3 scoops T-Pro Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Splenda
  • 1/4 cup old fashion oats
  • 1/4 dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:

Makes 11 small scones. You can double the recipe if you want.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, add the egg whites and yogurt last. Stir until well blended. Coat large baking sheets with cooking spray or use parchment paper. Place spoonful of batter on baking sheet. Bake until peaks begin to brown, approx 15 minutes. Cool and serve. Make sure to keep the leftovers in a tight sealed container or it will dry out the scones.

Potein Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup of your favorite yogurt
  • 1 scoop of T-Pro Protein Powder
Directions:

Top with your favorite berries, granola and a bit of honey

This makes a easy and delicious high protein snack!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

  • 2 scoops T-Pro Whey Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 12 oz. Chocolate milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Banana Split Shake

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6 ripe strawberries
  • 2 Scoops T-Pro Whey Powder
  • 12 oz Chocolate Milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Orange Vanilla Shake

  • 2 scoops T-Pro Whey Powder
  • 8 oz. Orange Juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2-3 frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 12 oz of skim milk
  • 11/4 cup of dry oatmeal
  • 11/4 cup of raisins
  • 12 shredded almonds
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter.

Wild Berry Boost

  • 8 raspberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 15 blueberries
  • 16 ounces nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Peanut Brittle Protein Shake

  • 1 cup instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, chunky
  • 8 oz. cold lowfat milk.

Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp extract

  • 2 cup of pineapple juice
  • 6 strawberries
