We ship orders Monday through Thursday each week except during statutory holidays and between Christmas and New Years Day. If you purchase before 1 p.m. Eastern Time on a shipping day, your order will be shipped the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped on the next shipping day. Depending on the destination, shipping takes 1-3 days.
Orders that experience shipping issues will be refunded or replaced once the issue is confirmed by the shipping carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier using the tracking information we’ve provided to begin your claim. Once you’ve done so, contact us so that we are aware of the issue.
As a natural food product, we consider shipped orders to be “final sale” and non-refundable or returnable. If you experience a quality assurance issue with our bars, please let us know. If you ordered directly from us, we will replace the affected bars. We will not replace or refund orders based on customer taste or enjoyment. We encourage new customers to order a single 12-bar variety pack to sample our bars prior to placing a large order.
